Azek is a PVC product and different then the composite decking. Azek and PVC decking have their own issues. I think that there is a pretty wide spread class action lawsuit against them now. I use Azek all the time as house trim, with no big issues other then it expands and contracts quite a bit. It’s also much weaker then either composites or wood.
